About the Role

1. Manage schedule including arranging meetings, appointments and conference calls, and ensuring efficient time management.
2. Monitor and respond to emails, messages and inquiries, keeping them informed of important matters.
3. Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the business trips.
4. Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files, ensuring easy accessibility for the management.
5. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required by the management.
6. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and corporate functions.
7. Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication or a related field.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

3. Excellent English and Chinese communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and etc.

5. Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges and urgent matters.
