About the Role
1. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products, services and company's brand, aiming to reach the target audience and achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
3. Develop engaging and compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts and promotional materials.
4. Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS) and Google SEO.
5. Analyse marketing campaign performance and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with creative teams for content creation, and with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
7. Coordinate marketing events, and exhibitions, ensuring effective brand representation and lead generation.
8. Stay updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing techniques to keep the company at the forefront of marketing practices.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field. Fresh graduations are welcome.
2. Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
6. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
