About the Role
1. Oversee the smooth operation of the office, including coordinating administrative activities, managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
2. Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
3. Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain the calendar for the management team.
5. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required by the management team.
6. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
7. Facilitate communication between various departments and ensure information flows smoothly within the organization.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Fresh graduations are welcome.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
3. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to tackle administrative challenges effectively.
